Sometimes it’s better to cast a wider nett to make sure you find someone who you trust and on your wavelength. Ideally, you should try and find someone who; is genuinely concerned about your job,
has the time and resources to set to work on it when you need them to, knows your brief and budget, and is confident that they can meet your expectations, appreciates your sense of style, is within your budget.

So, the place is a consideration, but we strongly recommend that you don’t simply use the architect most like to your house for only that reason!
